Moustafa Ismail (24 years old) has biceps measuring 31 inches (78.74 cm) or equivalent adult waist circumference. Now officially named in the Guinness Book of Records as the man with the biggest biceps in the world.
Egyptian-born bodybuilder has spent 10 years with twice-daily exercises to increase muscle. Biceps muscle size is very large compared to the forearm, making him look strange and more like big muscled cartoon character, Popeye.
Although his body is often equated with spinach Popeye enthusiasts, Moustafa just hate spinach. Instead, the man nicknamed 'Big Mo' is to eat 1 kg of chicken, steak or fish of 0.5 kg and 4 cups almonds, and 7.5 liters of water and 3 liters of protein shakes.
